Meet Kelsi
A perinatal therapist helping mothers feel steady, supported, and like themselves again.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker specializing in perinatal mental health, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed care, and supporting mothers through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and early parenting.
I’m also a mother of six — with children both in my arms and carried in my heart. I understand the emotional intensity, identity shifts, and deep tenderness that live alongside motherhood. These experiences shape the grounded, compassionate way I support women.
My approach is gentle, regulating, and rooted in the NEST Method™ — helping you move through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and motherhood with greater emotional steadiness and connection.
I offer secure telehealth therapy across New Mexico to make care accessible, flexible, and supportive of real motherhood rhythms.
Care that honors both your story and your nervous system.
If you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum, or early motherhood and are looking for care that honors both your nervous system and your lived experience, I’d be honored to support you.
