How Can I Support You

Therapy during pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood is not about fixing you — it’s about helping your nervous system feel safe enough to come back online.

I support mothers navigating

  • Pregnancy-related anxiety and overwhelm

  • Postpartum mood and anxiety disorders

  • Birth processing and reproductive loss

  • Identity shifts, emotional regulation, and nervous system support

  • Early parenting stress and relational changes

What Working Together Looks Like

Sessions are held via secure telehealth across New Mexico and are paced with your nervous system in mind.

My work is collaborative, gentle, and grounded in the NEST Method™ — focusing on regulation, emotional capacity, secure connection, and sustainable rhythms of care.

We move at a pace that honors where you are, not where you think you “should” be.

This May Be a Good Fit If…

  • You feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected during pregnancy or postpartum

  • You want support that is gentle, relational, and nervous-system-informed

  • You’re open to slowing down and listening to your body, not just your thoughts

  • You’re looking for care that honors both your inner world and your real life

This work is especially supportive for mothers who want depth without pressure, and clarity without being rushed.

How Sessions Work

Sessions are a calm, supportive space where we move at the pace your nervous system can tolerate. There is no pressure to fix, perform, or revisit anything before you’re ready.

Our work prioritizes safety, collaboration, and sustainability — so care fits your real life, not the other way around.

  • Sessions are held via secure telehealth for clients located in New Mexico

  • Appointments are typically 50 minutes and scheduled with space for integration

  • Therapy is paced collaboratively, with attention to regulation and capacity

  • You don’t need to know exactly what you want to work on — we figure that out together

Session Frequency & Rhythm

Most clients begin with weekly sessions, especially during pregnancy, postpartum, or periods of increased stress.

As things feel more steady, we may shift to biweekly or monthly sessions, guided by your needs, capacity, and season of life.

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all — we’ll collaborate to find a rhythm that feels supportive and sustainable for you.

We prioritize care that feels sustainable, supportive, and responsive to your real life.

What to Expect at Intake

Intake sessions are full therapy sessions focused on understanding your story, your nervous system, and what support will feel most helpful right now.

We’ll review intake paperwork together, talk through what’s bringing you in, and set a pace that feels safe and manageable — there’s no pressure to share everything at once.

Intake sessions are required before beginning ongoing therapy.

You don’t need to prepare perfectly — just come as you are.
